REAL-TIME SUMMER ENLISTMENT 2008
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE DRAFT
APRIL 8-9 2008
· Access to CRS only applies to DilNet network from 8-5pm.
Students may enlist real-time after UP office hours using any internet connection.
· UPCA students should enlist only on enlistment stations provided by the college.
· Enlistment is restricted to computers at Faculty Lounge only. Access via WiFi will not be allowed.
1. Student goes to college enlistment stations.
April 8, Tuesday
8:00am-12:00pm 2004 and older students
1:00pm-5:00pm 2005 and 2004
6:00pm-7:00am (the following day) all UP Diliman Students
April 9, Wednesday
8:00am-12:00pm 2006, 2004 and older students
1:00pm-5:00pm 2007, 2004 and older students
6:00pm-7:00am (the following day) all UP Diliman students
a. If he/she still has some changes to do, go to CRS website first to enlist first.
b. If subjects are already final, print Form 5a.
· Six enlistment stations are set-up at Faculty lounge, with at least one printer for Form 5a printing.
· Printing of Form 5a’s restricted to colleges only. These will be printed individually.
· ARCs will be assisting in each enlistment stations
c. If student decides to finalize subjects during prerog phase, print Form 5a.
Student may continue enlistment on April 10-11.
2. Go to AOD at research room to post-advise Form 5a.
3. Claim Form 5 at registration booth.
4. Fill out Form 5.
5. Get library clearance, AOD signature and pay the necessary fees.
6. Submit Form 5 and Form 5A to ARC booth.
· ARCs will bring both forms to Admin Office for checking, validation and assessment.
· Students should submit their Form 5As for validation before April 10, 5pm. Unvalidated slots will be freed up for enlistment on April 11.
7. Form 5 is returned, student can now pay tuition.

· Applies to non-survey students and to those who did not come/weren’t able to finish enlistment during the first two days of enlistment.
1. Student goes to college enlistment stations.
April 10 (Thursday)
8:00AM-12:00PM all UP Diliman students
1:00AM-5:00PM All UP students
6:00PM-7:00AM (the following day) all UP students
April 11 (Friday)
8:00AM-5:00PM All UP students
If there are no more slots available in the class desired, print Form 5a.
a. The student goes to the teacher/class concerned and requests a prerog slot using a Form 5a printout.
b. The teacher is asked to sign opposite the subject “prerog”
c. The student then goes to department or college for e-prerog enlistment.
If there are still slots available online
a. The student may simply add/cancel the subject online.
b. Form 5A is printed.
